As the Managing Partner at Lesak, Hamilton, Calhoun & Pontieri, he is forward thinking in legal strategy, contract drafting, dispute resolution, and technology integration, ensuring innovative and effective solutions for his clients.

Before becoming managing partner for Lesak, Hamilton, Calhoun & Pontieri, Mr. Lesak held key leadership roles at top legal and corporate institutions, including:
- Founding member of Lesak, Hamilton, Calhoun & Pontieri (2022-2025)
- Special Counsel at Jimerson Birr PA (2021–2023)
- Counsel at Gartner, Brock & Simon (2022–2023)
- Legal Counsel & Litigation Manager at Regency Centers (2009–2021), where he specialized in contract drafting, negotiations, and dispute resolution
- Associate Attorney in commercial litigation at Volpe, Bajalia, Wickes, Rogerson & Wachs PA (2004–2009) and Pappas, Metcalf, Jenks & Miller PA (2003–2004)
